Okay girls this is my at home booty workout so just follow along with me we’re going to start on all [Music] fours starting with your right leg first we’re just going to do vertical kicks so straight up and back we’re going to do 15 of these [Music] and switch [Music] sides next go back to the right leg we’re going to do fire hydrant that’s just a right angle straight out from your body like this and other side [Music] 3 2 1 next is Rainbow kicks just stretch your right leg out as far as you can toe touch in the ground and then rainbow kick it right over to the other side 3 2 one and switch sides 3 2 one now we’re going to lay down on your right side keep your knees bent all right lift your left leg up keep that knee bent and you’re just going to go in forward circles with your knees should have started on the other side and go the other [Music] direction all right now we’re going to straight straighten that leg straight out and going forward just go in a nice big circle really extend at the back [Music] there all right now put that leg straight out again as high up as you can hold it and we’re just going to do little tiny circles going backwards all righty now bend your knee again going to touch your knees together put your leg up at a right angle and you’re just going to kick straight up like this [Music] like all righty now we’re going to flip over all right flip over we’re going to do the exact same thing on this side so start with your knees bent and just do circles going forward and same thing going backwards now legs straight out big circles going forwards really kick back almost done all righty and now kick straight out and little circles going [Music] back all right we’ll do knees together and last move kick straight up [Music] three two one all righty I can just lay back and stretch that [Music] out you guys survived good job all right come back up that was my booty workout I hope you guys liked it.
